Customer and partner training
Training customers and partners is a support and revenue problem before it is a learning problem. Every question a well-trained customer does not ask is a ticket nobody answers, and a certified partner sells more and implements better. It only works if the training looks like part of your product rather than a third-party portal your customers get bounced into.
What usually goes wrong
An obviously borrowed portal
Customers notice when training lives somewhere else under someone else's brand, and trust it accordingly.
Certification nobody can check
A partner badge is only worth something if an end client can verify it independently.
Partners need separating
Resellers should see their own people's progress, and not each other's.
Training that goes stale with the product
When the product ships weekly, course content written once is wrong within a quarter.
How this platform handles it
- A site that looks like your product
- Your domain, your palette, your typography, your pages — and custom CSS for whatever the settings do not cover.
- Verifiable certification
- Certificates carry a serial and a public verification page, so an end client can confirm a partner's credential without an account.
- Separate groups per partner
- Each partner's learners are grouped, with reporting scoped to their own people.
- Revise without breaking evidence
- Update a course as the product changes; existing completions keep pointing at the version those people took.
- Webhooks into your own systems
- Certification and completion events reach your CRM as they happen, so partner tiers stay current without anyone re-keying anything.

Questions we get asked
Can certificates be verified by someone without an account?
Yes. Every certificate has a serial and a public verification page that anyone can open, which is what makes a partner credential worth having.
Can we push completions into our CRM?
Yes, through outbound webhooks and a scoped API key. Enrolment and completion events are delivered as they happen.
Can customers self-enrol, or do we assign?
Either. Courses can be open for self-enrolment, assigned to a group, or restricted with an access window and a cap on places.
Can we charge partners for certification?
Yes — certification courses can be priced like any other, with coupons for partners who should get it free.
