A percentage tells you people clicked through. It does not tell you they could apply the rule, and it is the first thing an auditor discounts.
Courses change, records do not follow
When a course is edited, most platforms overwrite it. The completion record now points at material the learner never saw, which makes your historic evidence worthless at exactly the moment you need it.
Assignment nobody can explain
If you cannot say why a particular person was assigned a particular course, the assignment is worse than no assignment at all.
Renewals handled by spreadsheet
Annual obligations tracked outside the system are obligations that get missed, usually by the people who joined mid-year.

- Publishing a revision does not overwrite what came before. A completion record continues to point at the version that learner took, and can be produced years later.
- Review and approval before anything goes live
- Course changes move through draft, review and approval. Someone senior signs off before learners see a word of it, and that decision is recorded.
- Assessment that tests judgement
- Five question types including written answers marked by a person. A quiz containing an essay cannot be passed until somebody has read the essay.
- Certificates a third party can verify
- Each certificate carries a serial and a public verification page, so a regulator or a client can check one without an account.
- Role-based assignment and an audit log
- Assign by role or group, and keep a record of who changed what and when.

Questions we get asked
Can we assign courses by role automatically?
Yes. Learners are grouped and courses are assigned to groups, so a new starter in a role picks up that role's training without anyone remembering to do it.
What happens to completion records when a course is updated?
They keep pointing at the version the learner completed. Publishing a revision creates a new version rather than replacing the old one, so your evidence survives the update.
Can we export the records for an audit?
Yes — assignment, completion, score, attempts and certificate serial come out as CSV per learner and per course, whenever you ask.
Do you support SCORM packages?
No. Courses are authored in the platform rather than imported as SCORM. If your existing material is locked in SCORM packages, that is a genuine migration cost and worth raising with us before you commit.
Can learners sign in with our company accounts?
Yes. Single sign-on through your existing identity provider is supported, so nobody manages a second password.
